- For Kofta/Meatballs
- For For Gravy
- For Kofta/Meatballs: Mix all the ingredients well, then make egg size ball and flatten it into round flat shape. Do the same with all mixture.
- For Gravy: Heat oil and cook garlic/chili paste then add onion and fry until lightly brown. Add in tomato and cook until nice gravy. Now mix the red chili/paprika powder, salt to taste, a cup of water.
- Now you can arrange carefully the Kofta s you prepared into the gravy pot. Cook on low to medium heat until Koftas are ready. Add more water if needed.
