Boiled Lamb With Onions (Do Payaza Aseria)

Ingredients

      For For Boiling Lamb
  • Lamb 1/2 kg
  • Onions2
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Water5 cups
    1. For For Boiling Split Yellow Peas
  • Split Yellow Peas1/2 cup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Onion1
  • Water2 cups
  • Oil2 Tablespoons
    1. For For Serving
  • Onion, Sliced3
  • White Vinegar4 Tablespoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black PepperTo Taste
  • Corianderlittle
  • Fresh chili



Instructions

  1. Marinate onion slices with salt and vinegar and set aside.
  2. Boil meat, 2 onions, salt with 5 cups of water until meat is done. Strain the meat using strainer and set aside.
  3. Boil split yellow peas, 1 onion, some water and with strained soup of meat until peas are done but not mashed. Strain the peas using strainer.
  4. Serve boiled meat, peas and onion rings with Naan Lavash or Paraky. Sprinkle some black pepper and coriander on it too
