Carrot Jam

Ingredients

  • Carrot , grated2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon Zest 1 Tablespoon



Instructions

  1. Cook carrot with water until softens on medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, cardamom, lemon zest and lemon juice and cook till the jam gets soft and sticky.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
