Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • Layered Flat Bread2 each
  • Slice Cheese2 each
  • Oregano 1 Tablespoon
    1. For Chicken Cutlets
  • Chicken , minced1 cup
  • Onion, minced1/2 cup
  • Garlic1 Tablespoon
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Coriander Powder1 Tablespoon
  • Bread Crumbs3 Tablespoons
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil for frying



Instructions

  1. Please see recipe for Layered Paratha
  2. Chicken Cutlets: Combine chicken, onion, salt, bread crumbs, coriander, black pepper, garlic and salt.
  3. Make small ball then press it with your hand to make it round and flat.
  4. Heat a pan add some oil and fry both sides of  cutlets until golden brown on medium heat.
  5. Remove from heat and place Cheese slices on cutlets.
  6. For Serving Tacos:
  7. Gently fold layered paratha in half.
  8. Now inside the fold add 2 cutlets, spread some oregano on it and serve with ketchup or chutney.
  9. Top the Tacos with oregano.
