- For Pakura Batter
- For Making Pakura
- Making Batter: Combine and mix all the ingredients well. Set aside.
- Sprinkle some Curry Masala, Black Pepper and salt on sliced Paneer.
- Heat up oil , and dip the sliced Paneer into the batter then transfer it to the heated oil and cook until lightly brown.
- Serve with Chutney.
