Egg and tomatoes dish is a very simple dish and very tasty. Sweet onion adds more taste to it and makes it more delicious!
Here is how to make Egg Tomatoes with onion.
Prep Time: 5 Min Cook time: 25-30 Min
- Ghee2 Tablespoons
- Garlic, minced1 Tablespoons
- Onion, chopped1 Medium
- Tomatoes, finely chopped 3-4
- Green Chili, minced1 Tablespoon
- Black Pepper1 Teaspoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Oregano Leaves1 Tablespoon
- In a pan fry garlic, onion with ghee until the onions lightly brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, salt, pepper and cook covered for some time.
- When tomatoes cooks, add eggs and cover the pan with the lid for a minute.
- Garnish with oregano leaves and serve.
