Mint promotes digestion. It also soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation. When your stomach feels sick, drinking a cup of mint tea can give you relief.
Prep Time: 5 Min Cook time: 5 Min
- Water1 and 1/2 Cups
- Fresh MintHandful
- In a pot add water to bring to boil.
- Add fresh mint and simmer for 2 minutes on low -medium heat.
- Strain the tea (optional). Serve.
