- Red Chili1 cup
- Sun dry the chilies well.
- Crumble /crush the dried chilies with hands.
- Then transfer it to a blender of food processor and grind the chili 3-4 pulses only to avoid making it powder.
- Transfer the chili flakes to airtight container and use anytime needed.
