Ingredients

  • Mushrooms1 package
  • Yogurt3 Tablespoons
  • Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red Chily powder1/2 Teaspoon
  • Garlic and chilly , paste2 Tablespoons
  • Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • curry leavessome
  • oilsome



Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine yogurt , turmeric,red chilly , garlic & chilly paste, salt and pepper.
  2.  Now mix the mushrooms cover and let it set for an hour.
  3. Arrange them into skewers and sprinkle some curry leaves and some oil.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
