Ingredients

  • Soya Granules1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes2 medium
  • Coriandersome
  • Black Peper1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder1 Tablespoon
  • Paprika1 Teaspoon
  • Corn Starch1 Tablespoon
  • Bread Crumbs2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon
  • Oil For shallow frying



Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Take an egg size mixture and roll it with your hands, then insert the skewer and press to set well.
  3. In a pan shallow fry them till golden brown.
