Tangy Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • Boiled Penne Pasta 500 grams
  • Olive Oil1/4 cup
  • Garlic, minced4
  • Onions, chopped3
  • Capsicum, chopped1
  • Tomato, chopped3
  • Black Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oregano , or Pasta Seasoning1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice1 lemon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Fresh coriander, choppedsome



Instructions

  1. Fry garlic in the oil, then lightly brown the onions. Add in the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add in Capsicum and stir fry a minute.
  2. Add in boiled penne pasta , salt, lemon juice, pasta seasoning, and coriander then combine all. Cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat and remove from heat.
