Ingredients

      For For Cutlets
  • Boiled Potatoes2
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Onion1
  • Bread Crumbs 3 table spoons
  • Coriander powder1 tablespoon
  • Black Peper1/2 teaspoon
  • Cornflour1 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil4 tablespoons
    1. For For Making Burger
  • Burgur Bun4
  • Slice Cheese4 slices
  • Spread Chease4 tablespoons
  • Cabbagesome shredded
  • Tomato sliced1
  • Cucumber slices



Instructions

For Cutlets:

  1. Grate boiled potatoes and garlic with a grater.
  2. Peel onion and it into pieces.
  3. Combine and mix well all the ingredient.
  4. Form ball then flatten it round.
  5. Cover them one by one with bread crumbs.
  6. Add oil to a pan and shallow fry the cutlets. When one side is done turn the other side.

For Making Veg Burger

  1. Cut the burger buns into half.
  2. On both sides spread some spread cheese.
  3. Place a cutlet then a  slice of cheese and add some fresh tomato slices, cucumber slices and some shredded cabbage. Finally place other half of bun and serve with chutney or ketchup.
