Vegetable White Gravy Pasta

Ingredients

  • Pasta 250 grams
  • Water For boiling
  • Salt1 Tablespoon
  • Oil 1 Tablespoon
    1. For For White Sauce
  • Flour3 Tablespoons
  • Butter2 Tablespoons
  • Milk1 and 1/2 cup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoon (as your taste)
  • Coriander/ParsleySome chopped
  • Cheese2 tablespoons (Any cheese works fine like mozeralla, parmesan, sliced cheese or processed cheese)
    1. For For Topping
  • Caulifllower1/4 cup florets
  • Bell Pepper1 sliced
  • Onion1 thinly sliced
  • Tomato1 sliced
  • Sweet Corn3 Tablespoons
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Oil2 Tablesoons
  • Garlic2 minced



Instructions

Pasta

  1. Boil water and add salt and oil.
  2. Add pasta and boil it for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from burner and drain it and pour some cold water then strain it well.Keep it aside.

Vegetable Topping

  1. In a pan add oil garlic and stir fry the vegetables one by one for one minute.
  2. Add salt. set it aside.

White Sauce

  1. In a pan add butter then flour stir continuously.
  2. Add milk keep whisking to avoid lumps.
  3. Add pepper, salt, chopped coriander and cheese, stir continuously.
  4. Remove from heat.

Serving

  1. When the white sauce is ready remove it from the heat and add the boiled pasta and combine well.
  2. Transfer the pasta to plate, then sprinkle the vegetable topping. Serve
