Ingredients

      For Pizza Dough
  • Whole Wheat Flour2 cups
  • Sugar2 Tablespoons
  • Olive oil3 Tablespoons
  • Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
  • Active Yeast1 Teaspoon
  • Hot Water1 cup

  • Pizza SauceRefer to recipe on main page.
  • Pizza Cheese, grated2/3 cup
  • Capsicum, sliced1
  • Onion, chopped1
  • mushroom , chopped3
  • Black sliced olive2 Tablespoons
  • Oregano 1 Tablespoon



Instructions

  1. Combine Water and yeast , sugar then add salt and oil and mix. Add flour and fold to make dough, knead for sometime. Then cover and let the dough rise in a warm place.
  2. Take some flour and by using your hands spread the dough so crust on pre oiled baking tray.
  3. Spread 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce, then add in order the capsicum, onion, mushrooms, pizza cheese , black olive and finally sprinkle some oregano.
  4. Bake the pizza at hot oven for 20 minutes.
